Order Pickup

Pickup windows are selected on the checkout page and are the only time when pickups will be available - you must pick up your order during the selected timeframe. Show your confirmation email at pick up.

If you missed your pickup time you have forfeited your order, refunds will not be offered.

Deliveries

Deliveries are generally not offered at this time. However, contact us if you have a special request and we’ll see what we can work out. Delivery fees are based on distance traveled. Orders will be delivered during the agreed upon window and will be left at the front door regardless of weather, please provide a protected area for deliveries to be placed in case of inclement weather.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges - all sales are final. As a small business, we make our products fresh and stock our ingredients on an as-needed basis. When you place an order, we purchase ingredients and start making your treats. So we’re unable to offer refunds at this time.
